Save generation: Dissemination of UNSCR 1325 to youth in Rural areas in Muhanga and Nyarugenge Districts
On International Peace Day, GPPAC member Reseau de Developpement des Femmes Pauvres (RDFP) RWANDA is organising a public community dialogue session in rural areas in Muhanga District and Nyarugenge District. The event will focus on disseminating UNSCR 1325 to the young generation, boys and girls, and analysing the effects of COVID-19 in peacebuilding and engaging local authorities to involve them in the Peace process.
The event will be joined by local authorities from the District, Unity and Reconciliation Committee, Civil Society. There will be an estimated 100 persons participating. The event will be conducted in Kinyarwanda/ local language.
