Luis Gómez Chow

Luis Gómez Chow is a peacebuilding and civil society practitioner with 15 years of experience in multi-stakeholder dialogue, conflict transformation, and civil society resilience, spanning both field-level programming and global policy and advocacy spaces. 

He began his career at Centro de Colaboración Cívica (CCC) in Mexico — part of the GPPAC North America network — facilitating complex dialogue processes at the intersection of citizen security, human rights, and access to justice, before joining PartnersGlobal, also a GPPAC North America member, where he currently serves as Senior Director for Global Initiatives. Having worked within the GPPAC network for his entire career, Luis brings a deep familiarity with the network's values, membership, and ways of working.
Through a formal partnership between GPPAC and PartnersGlobal, Luis serves concurrently as GPPAC's UN Liaison, representing the network in multilateral spaces and supporting its sustained engagement with the United Nations system and international financial institutions in Washington, D.C.
