Pascal Richard is Managing Adviser Policy and Advocacy at the Global Partnership for the Prevention of Armed Conflicts (GPPAC). He leads GPPAC's international advocacy on conflict prevention and peacebuilding and supports GPPAC's members by strengthening their cooperation with policy makers from governments, regional international organisations and the United Nations. Pascal has worked in the field of human rights, conflict transformation and humanitarian aid for non-profit and government agencies for the past 15 years across several continents. He holds a Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Zurich University.
