Inga Nehlsen

Policy and Advocacy intern

Inga is currently interning with the Policy and Advocacy Team and mainly works on the role of GPPAC in the Sustainable Development Goals relating to conflict prevention and peacebuilding. In 2016 she graduated with a Master's degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of St Andrews. In her Master thesis she explored the connection between reconciliation and the satisfaction of basic needs. Besides this, her interests include local-level peacebuilding, identity politics and dealing with the past. Inga also holds a BA in Intercultural Relations and Behaviour from Jacobs University Bremen and has interned with the Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin.
