Coordinator Project Development

Charlotte is Coordinator Project Development & Regional Coordinator for Northeast Asia. She is responsible for fundraising and reporting, and works closely with the network to support GPPAC's long-term sustainability. Charlotte joined GPPAC in April 2015 as project assistant for human security, later coordinating GPPAC's participation in the project ‘Civil Society for a Human Security Strategy in Mali' and ‘Learning from Design in Mali: A Critical Review and M&E Framework for the CSO-led Human Security Strategy 2014-2015". In 2015, Charlotte was also involved in GPPAC's work on Civil Society and Security Sector Engagement for Human Security, which culminated in a global conference in December in The Hague. Before joining GPPAC, Charlotte mainly worked on rule of law and conflict prevention issues. She also has experience working for non-profits in Indonesia and Brussels in the area of international justice and international criminal law. Charlotte holds an LLM in International Law and Security from the University of Glasgow and a Master's in Bilingual Studies in European Laws from the University Paris Ouest Nanterre la Défense.
