Setup:

- make some img-gfx or use mine ('img' - folder) if you want to use the counter with images
- NOTE: don't change the filenames of the images
- open counter.php and change the var's (GFX- or TEXTversion, IP-blocking ...)
- upload counter.php, the 'img' folder & counter.dat
- chmod counter.dat 666 or 777 (666 does not work on some servers)

Usage:

- the page where you plan to include the counter must have .php or .phtml as extension
- add this to the top of the page:  <? include("/pfad/zu/counter.php"); ?>
- add this to the place, where the counter should be visible <? echo $cnt_output; ?>
